Dan Bonner

Dan is a Chartered Internal Auditor with over 17 years’ experience who works for a global professional services firm providing outsourced and co-sourced internal audit services to central government linked organisations and clients in the not for profit sector in the UK. Dan has also led on the creation of diversity, equity and inclusion, people risk framework and safeguarding propositions within the firm’s People Advisory Solutions team.
As a senior manager responsible for leading on a diverse portfolio of internal audit clients, Dan is responsible for providing those charged with governance with independent assurance over systems of governance, risk management and internal control. Dan is also a member of the firm’s trustee network and his service line’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Dan seeks to leverage his skills and experience to help provide oversight and ensure that Attain achieves the highest standards of integrity and probity in the way in which it operates.
Dan has two children who attend one of the Trust’s schools and is passionate about supporting the Trust to achieve its vision and purpose to provide an outstanding education to all of our children.

Bruce Doy

Bruce Doy has over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance and over 10 years in school business management – both careers covering a range of experience including large scale project management, strategic planning, financial control, procurement, management and sales. Qualifications are a BSc (Open), Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a qualified Member of the Association of Project Managers

My career background is in automotive program and engineering management. Responsible for technical delivery and financial control of large scale programs.
Liaising with many companies and organisations around the globe, collaborating on specific programs and vehicle launches.
This gives me an understanding and empathy with organisational and operational structures and cultures. Inevitably working together to achieve common goals for all concerned.
I have worked as a governor, trustee and member for 10 years, and am committed to providing an environment in which all students can learn safely and achieve their potential.

Sue Clark

Sue Clarke is a retired mathematics teacher who taught in a range of secondary schools in Essex and London. During the last 10 years of her career she led a large sixth form and was on the school leadership team. Sue has a keen interest in the education of children of all ages and has led school inspections in the independent sector, from the youngest children in Early Years settings to pupils in Sixth Form colleges. Previously Sue volunteered as a governor at Gosfield Primary School.
