Trustees are essential for the effectiveness and success of the Trust, and it is an extremely rewarding and fulfilling role.  

Trustees help to shape the educational outcomes in our schools and make a difference by helping to ensure high standards. They guide our strategic direction through setting aims and objectives.  

Our aim is to have a well-rounded Trust Board which reflects all the communities we serve, and we are looking for people with a keen interest in education who can attend Board and sub-committee meetings each term alongside occasional daytime visits to the schools within the Trust. The ideal candidates will have strategic, professional experience as well as empathy for children and their learning.
