CTSA is committed to collaborative school improvement which is achieved by mutual support within and across the Partnership. We maintain a regularly updated ‘directory of expertise’ which enables member schools to identify where they can gain access to best practice and support from other member schools. We also run annual Joint CPD Weeks where member schools open their doors for twilight sessions in which they share an aspect of their own practice with colleagues.
