If you are considering a career in teaching, the Essex Primary SCITT offers high quality teacher training in Essex for graduates wishing to teach in primary schools through a one-year, full-time school centred course leading to Qualified. Newlands Spring Primary School is a lead school within this program and works in partnership with other schools

At essex Primary SCITT we offer high quality school led teacher training for graduates wishing to teach in primary schools and early years' settings. We offer programmes covering age ranges 0-5 and 5-11 to start in September 2024.
