The Chelmsford Schools Partnership (CTSA)

The Chelmsford Teaching Schools Alliance (CTSA) is a partnership of 47 schools ( 44 primary and 3 secondary schools) and Essex Primary SCITT based in and around Chelmsford. The CTSA, led by Newlands Spring Primary School (part of Attain Academy Partnership), believes that all children have a right to experience an inspirational and creative learning environment planned to enhance learning.
